Property losses – Take reasonable and necessary care to protect the property from further damage. Take photos.
Auto losses – call an ambulance and/or police, if needed. Get the following information: location address, driver, passenger, vehicle, driver’s license, license plate, Insurance company, policy number, and witness. Take photos.
